1 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kt33 platform and all its services. By opening an account or using any service on kt33, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
kt33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Requirements

If a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform, kt33 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on kt33 are processed through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kt33 supports transactions through the following methods only:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — Digital financial service by the Postal Department.
- Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is ongoing.
4.4 Transaction Restrictions
All transactions must be made from the individual's own mobile banking account. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
If account verification is not completed before the withdrawal process, the request may be delayed.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
kt33 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. All bonuses are granted subject to specific terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — you can start playing with a total of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by kt33.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while an active bonus is in progress.
- If a bonus is found to have been used fraudulently or claimed through multiple accounts, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- kt33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6 Gaming Rules
kt33 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. All games are operated under specific rules.
6.1 Fair Play
kt33 is committed to ensuring fair play. The use of any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
When participating in sports betting, users must place bets in a fair and legitimate manner. Match fixing or misuse of insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6.3 Technical Issues
kt33 is not responsible if any game or transaction is left incomplete due to server downtime, network disruption, or other technical issues. However, every effort will be made to protect the user's balance in such cases.
7 VIP Program & Special Benefits
kt33's VIP program has four tiers, offering special benefits for regular players:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular gaming activity. Eligibility for higher tiers is assessed at kt33's sole discretion. Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and may be subject to separate wagering requirements.
kt33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms or change a member's tier at any time.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt33 platform:
- Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
- Interfering with the platform's software or exploiting any vulnerabilities.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Using illegal methods to influence game outcomes.
- Conducting transactions through third-party accounts.
If prohibited activity is proven, the account will be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
